Thrór I was the King of Durin's Folk, the son of Dáin I and brother of Frór and Grór, known for ruling Erebor in the Lonely Mountain.
Thror belonged to the royal line of Durin the Deathless, the eldest of the seven Fathers of the Dwarves, and founder of Durin’s Folk, also known as the Longbeards.
